Our Wines

Scott Poenitzsch, Winemaker and co-founder along with his wife Linda, produces whites, blushes, roses’, reds, both sweet and dry, including a zinfandel dessert and reserve port. They age their red wines in oak casks, American and French, while Hungarian oak barrels are used for port-style fortified wine. The white and blush wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks. They also use Cabernet and Port red wines to make special chocolate dessert sauces, which they sell at the winery.
