Scott Poenitzsch, Winemaker and co-founder along with his wife Linda, produces whites, blushes, roses, reds, both sweet and dry, including a zinfandel dessert and reserve port. The wines are fermented in jacketed stainless steel tanks. The red wines are oak barrel aged in American and French oak barrels while Hungarian oak barrels are used for port-style fortified wine. They also use Cabernet Sauvignon and Port Zinfandel red wines to make special chocolate dessert sauces.
